I am going to miss him when he is gone. He looks perfectly content on my bookcase and makes me smile when I walk by. He is ready to protect his new home.
Gargoyles are great creatures to have around, in case anyone else should run into one. They are protectors and guardians, in part watching over earthbound spirits. Gargoyles also can be around us to teach us how to dispel negativity and how to see "through" things to get to the truth, rather than just looking at them superficially.
He would be happy on another bookshelf or even a garden.
